This product is a non-woven polypropylene face mask intended for use by members of the general public to cover their noses and mouths as source control to help contain the wearer’s respiratory secretions. The ear loops are snugly fitted for comfort. It may be worn and safely discarded after single use.

• Directions for use: Place mask over nose and mouth, blue side out, and place an earloop around each ear. Pull bottom of mask under chin and mold the nosepiece around the nose. The mask should cover face from the nose to underneath the chin. Dispose of Mask after every use.
• Warning:  Not recommended for any children 4 years or under. This mask is NOT a respirator. DO NOT use this mask in a clinical setting where the risk level through inhalation exposure is high. Do Not use in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected.
• Fiber Content of Non-Medical Mask: 68% Non-Woven Polypropylene, 30% Melt Blown, 1% Plastic Nose Wire, 1% Polyester Elastic Band. Non-woven fabric which does not include any drugs or biologics.
