WHAT IS YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE?
FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
You will be charged for your first pouch today. The subsequent renewal payments will be processed at or around the same time each month. For example, if you join January 10th, your next payment will be processed at or around February 10th. You will receive an email when your payment has been processed. Shipment for your pouch will occur in the first full week of the following month. You will receive an email when your pouch has been shipped. Please see our billing and shipping schedule below. All billing dates are in the EST time zone.
*This is the tentative shipping schedule. While rare, it is possible that shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as weather, carrier issues, etc.
FOR PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
You will be charged for your 3 month pre-paid subscription today. Pre-paid subscriptions are set on auto-renewal; subsequent payments will be processed at or around the same time of every 3rd month. For example, if you join January 10th, your payment will be processed March 10th. You will receive an email when your payment has been processed. All billing dates are in EST time zone. Shipment for your pouch will occur in the first full week of the each following month. You will receive an email when your pouch has been shipped.
I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO BUY. CAN I GET SOME ADVICE ON WHICH PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR ME?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You cannot cancel your order after your payment has been processed. If you cancel your monthly subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account page, or by contacting customer service at email@example.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe.” There are no cancellation fees. Subscription cancellation must be done within 1 week of having received the prior Sooni Pouch of every month to allow for processing. You will receive products through the end of the current paid term.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not take any international orders through our website, www.soonipouch.com. However, we do take international orders through our Cratejoy Shop! If you do not see your country as a shipping option, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be glad to add your country as a shipping destination!
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMOTION CODES ON A SINGLE ORDER?
Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.
CAN I RETURN SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS FOR A REFUND?
Any site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday, most notably) are final and these orders are not eligible for return/refund. Other promotions will detail the return policy in any related announcements via e-mail and/or social media.
ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS REALLY FROM KOREA?
All of our products come straight to us from Korea and Korean beauty brands from around the world. The Sooni Pouch team has a stringent vetting process for deciding which brands are featured on our site. We only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients and formulations. With so many incredible brands in Korea, it isn’t easy, but we curate, curate, curate to showcase only the best for our customers. We hope you enjoy our carefully hand-selected selection! IS THE DATE ON MY PRODUCT THE EXPIRATION DATE OR THE MANUFACTURING DATE?
We realize the dates on our products can be confusing (we get this question quite a bit) as some products have the expiration date printed while others have the manufacturing date printed. That being said, many if not most of the products on our site have the manufacturing date (as is often the case with Korean cosmetics), and the date is usually followed by the word “제조,” which, in English, means “manufacture.” If you are still unsure about the date on your product, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
